Harvested in mid-August, this Sauvignon Blanc vineyard has a Southern exposure which allows the grapes to ripen fully
without excess heat, creating a wine with tropical aromas.
Fermented in 100% stainless steel to maintain the crisp, fresh
and bright acidity.
