Enchanting aromas of green apple, nectarine and lychee on the nose followed by Meyer Lemon, tart Green Apple Jolly-Rancher, juicy apricot and lemon thyme on the palate. Crisp with great acidity, this Sauvignon Blanc offers a satisfying finish.
Vineyard Notes
Harvested in mid-August, this Sauvignon Blanc vineyard has a Southern exposure which allows the grapes to ripen fully
without excess heat, creating a wine with tropical aromas.
Fermented in 100% stainless steel to maintain the crisp, fresh
and bright acidity.
