Captivating aromas of fresh watermelon and rose petals on the nose followed by ripe strawberries and elegant notes of
rhubarb on the palate. Refreshing with crisp acidity, this Rosé
offers a thirst-quenching finish.
Winemaker Notes
Harvested the first week of September 2019, the Tempranillo
grapes were picked at a low 23° Brix and was fermented to an
almost dry wine. Once crushed, the grape skins had a minimum of 2 hours of contact with the Rosé juice before they were removed to maintain the elegant, light coloring.
