Aromas of fresh cherry, raspberries, and baking spice. On the
palate, flavors of black pepper, cinnamon, and caramel. Spicy
and elegant, this Zinfandel offers a smooth mouthfeel.
Harvested at the beginning of September, our Zinfandel sits on the Southern hill of the property. With constant sun exposure, our head-trained vines offer red fruit characteristics with a bit of a peppery kick.
Fermented in a combination of French & American oak, this wine pairs deliciously with vinegar based dishes such as BBQ sauce.
