Delicious aromas of apricot, grilled pineapple and lemongrass
on the nose followed by flavors of lychee, Granny Smith apples and lemon tart. Great acidity with a crisp, satisfying, thirst-quenching finish.
Vineyard Notes
Harvested at the beginning of September (which is later than
most years), this Sauvignon Blanc vineyard has a Southern
exposure which allows the grapes to ripen fully without excess heat, to create tropical flavors and maintain the tart acidity. The growing season was evenly paced with little to no impact from the 2020 fire season.
Winemaker Notes
Fermented in 100% stainless steel and blended with 15% Semillon to create a well rounded, tart and fruity wine.
